Warren Haynes is gearing up for gigs with his new band in support of his latest solo effort “Ashes & Dust”. Those backing Haynes will include upright bassist Royal Masat, banjoist Matt Meneffee, violinist Ross Holmes and drummer Jeff Sipe. So far, shows are set for The Riviera Theatre in Chicago on September 26th and at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on October 13th.
Haynes worked with Americana bluegrass band Railroad Earth on his new studio project. They are expected to join him for some dates this summer in support of the new album. Release date for the new album “Ashes & Dust” is scheduled for July 24th.
