What constitutes eligibility: 25 years have passed since an artist released their first single or album. This makes the cut-off year for this group 1990.
800 plus members of the music industry will receive ballots and this year, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will allow the public to vote on nominees between October 8th and December 9th at their website.
