John Wetton – Singer-Bassist-Songwriter – Dead At Age 67

Iconic bassist, singer-songwriter, session musician, producer John Wetton has passed away at the age of 67.  Wetton had undergone surgery for colon cancer in 2015. His rise to fame began in the early 70’s with King Crimson and greatest commercial success would come as a founding member of the super-group Asia.   Associated acts over the years include Mogul Thrash, Gordon Haskell, Family, Larry Norman, Uriah Heep, U.K., Jack-Knife, Roxy Music, Wishbone Ash, Qango, Icon and a solo artist.
